Warranty & General Policies    

Trial Period:

Try our products for 45 days and if you aren’t completely blown away, send it back for a refund - less shipping. We only require products be sent back in new condition with all parts included.
*Before returning your items please phone or email for your RMA# - this will insure your credit is handled promptly.
**Once the package is received it will take up to 10 working days for your return to be processed, it may take another 4 days for the credit to show on your card - we thank you for your patience.

Warranty:

If anything we offer proves to be defective within the first year, we will either repair/replace it (our choice). Conditions: we get back the product, along with a proof of your purchase. You pay for the shipping costs to us and we will pay the shipping costs back to you.

Disclaimer:

What you do with our products is your responsibility. Hard objects attached to your body can be unpleasant if you fall on top of them. Our solutions provide a margin of safety for both you and your equipment, but no design can give you 100% protection.  Hit something hard enough and you may break something.
